When does the next cohort start?+

Cohort dates are announced each season. After registering, you'll receive an email with the next available start date and a calendar invite. Cohorts are kept small — typically 8–12 participants — so early registration is encouraged.

What's the time commitment each week?+

Each session runs approximately two hours. We recommend an additional 30–45 minutes per week for reflection, journaling, or applying what you've learned in your actual work. Total time: roughly 2.5–3 hours per week for six weeks.

Can my organization sponsor my enrollment?+

What is the AI Coach, exactly?+

The Be The Agent of Change AI Coach is a custom coaching tool built on the program's methodology. You can ask it questions between sessions, process a difficult work situation, practice a brave conversation, or just think out loud. It's available 24/7 and designed to feel like a coaching session, not a chatbot.
