Six weeks. One cohort.
One powerful leadership reset.
Here's exactly what we cover — and why it matters.
Be The Agent of Change is a six-week experiential leadership program that combines inclusion strategy, behavioral science, brave conversations, and mental fitness into one cohesive journey. Every session is designed to build on the last, so by week six, you're not just thinking differently — you're leading differently.
Week 1 Building Belonging The foundation of everything that follows. +
When people feel like they truly belong, they show up differently — more engaged, more creative, more committed. This week, we explore what belonging actually looks like in the workplace, why psychological safety is the foundation of inclusive culture, and how to start building it on your team today.
You'll reflect on your own experiences of belonging and exclusion, examine real organizational case studies, and leave with a clear understanding of what your team needs to thrive.
Week 2 Intercultural Self-Awareness Know yourself to lead others. +
Effective leadership across difference starts with knowing your own cultural lens. This week, we examine the cultural dimensions that shape how we communicate, make decisions, and interpret the world — and how our unconscious biases show up at work.
This isn't about assigning blame. It's about building the self-awareness that makes you a stronger, more empathetic leader.
Week 3 Psychological Safety & High-Performing Teams Safety isn't soft. It's strategic. +
Research consistently shows that the highest-performing teams are the safest ones — where people feel free to take risks, speak up, and be honest. This week, we look at your team's current climate and design concrete action steps to build the trust and resilience that drive real results.
Week 4 Data-Informed Team Dynamics Stop guessing. Start knowing. +
This is where behavioral science meets leadership practice. We go hands-on with the Predictive Index (PI) — a powerful tool for understanding what drives each person on your team, where the strengths are, and where the gaps are. You'll leave with a data-informed strategy for building a team that actually works together.
Week 5 Advocacy & Brave Conversations The conversations that change everything. +
Allyship isn't a label — it's a practice. This week, we define what it means to show up as an advocate and build the skills to initiate and navigate the conversations that most people avoid. Courageous communication. Equity-focused dialogue. Trust-centered leadership.
You'll practice in real scenarios, debrief as a group, and leave more confident than you arrived.
Week 6 Mental Fitness for Sustainable Leadership You can't pour from an empty cup. +
The final week is about you — your resilience, your energy, and your plan for sustaining this work for the long haul. Inclusive leadership is demanding. Mental fitness isn't a luxury; it's what allows you to keep showing up for your team, your organization, and yourself.
You'll leave with a personalized mental fitness plan and a clear vision of the leader you're becoming.
